Red Lantern

This was taken in Kyoto, on a street called Hanami Koji - which comes alive from 4 to 7 and then on into the evening. It a famous Geisha district in the Gion area of kyoto.

I'm a big fan of these red lanterns which usually indicate some sort of bar - but I thought this was a little unusual, especially with the black 'cap'. Something I have not seen so often.
