This is the Bucho (Chief) of Iseya, a local yakitori place in Kichijoji, famed for the food and stern service!

However, we got a smile out of the Bucho for Dad!

Everything is great here from the spit and sawdust atmosphere to the chicken, liver, right down to the huge corn on the corbs on the flames.

A smoky delight.
